Worried as hell about this game. Not liking the idea of having to work out the kinks in StarkVegas. There's gonna be some rust on LSU's part; it's a given. Just hope it doesn't cost them the game.

Feel like this is gonna be a close one throughout, but I've got LSU pulling it out on the last series with a long FG to win -- 33-31. But who knows. I'm not super confident in this pick yet; looking forward to watching the MSU-USM game first.

What say you?

MSU is known dog shite. LSU is possible dog shite. I'll take the unknown Tigers for the win.

You have no reason to be worried if MSU trots out the same team that gives the same performance they did last night.

I am wondering if not getting to play that first game hurts you guys here.
It was pretty much a bye-week either way, but at least you would have gotten some live reps under your belt.

That said, State didn't impress me all that much and I think you guys win by 10+ if LF gets going early.
REALLY excited to see what the Harris buzz is about, know he has the arm. Worried about the offense until I see it though.

Going to go with MSU... barely. Just because they are at home. Think this is going to be a good game.

Think not being able to play last night is going to hurt you guys just a bit. Would have been nice to get a game and some game timing under your belt.

If last night's State team shows up, Harris will be the Heisman front runner a week from now.

Our defense was embarrassed by Dak last year... could go south in a hurry if we don't go in better prepared.

Even the Dak Knight can't win a game all by himself. It's not even close. LSU (Big Boy Leonard) by 3 touchdowns.

LSU no doubt is better, but I fear State getting a quick 14 point lead (due to this being LSU's first game)and getting lucky in the second half and able to barely hold on.

Almost a coin flip, imo.
