Day one draft talent on that team is legit

Buga
Dupree
Adams
White
Tolliver
Neal
Beckworth

Definitely younger guys that I'm missing

Not to mention they have had great recruiting classes back to back. Guys like Smith, Lawrence, White, Etc are gonna be ballers.

The biggest questions I see are how does the Oline hold up against Alabama this year, and can Harris be relied upon to win a game for them. If the answer to those two questions are positive then the Tigers can easily be a playoff team. They will out talent every team on their (favorable) schedule besides UA. They get Bama at home, at night, in front of 100,000+ drunk corndogs. The loss of Steele is a huge addition by subtraction, Miles is coaching for his life.

I really think this year could be special for LSU. Couple lucky breaks here and there, and they can take it all home.

They'll lose to Arkansas, beat A&M. Same as it ever was. Irrelevant

I understood this, not sure how other folks missed it. Some fans are dumb.

New DC needs to fix some of those blown coverages that occur so frequently under Steele.

Gotta get at least average play from the QB spot in big games.

Agreed, it eliminated a huge hole at defensive coordinator.

That's why if Miles doesn't make it to Atlanta he needs to be shown the door.

No hook. I believe the west is way down this year with only UA and LSU as serious contenders. We are breaking in a new QB, and DC. Yall have serious talent all over that team. Yall are due for a win over us and I don't any other team in the division is close talent wise

LSU has a legitimate shot to make it all the way this year.

Haven't gone 8-4 in a while now.

I feel better about Aranda than I ever did with Steele.

OP hit the nail on the head, luckily we only lost 1 meaningful Olineman so it will be interesting for sure. You guys losing Ashawn helps us, we had absolutely no one that could match up with that monster.

Yea I agree it's now or never for Miles. If Yall had gotten Patterson or even Franks this past cycle you maybe let it slide at 8-4, but without a stud behind Harris the trigger finger for showing him the door should be primed and ready.
