I really love the optimism of the LSU fan base! Will each poster please tell me how good the team will be for the remainder of the season?

Yes, CLM may be one of the best coaches in SEC history, but you guys have a lot going for you now. Really excited to see the new offense LSU will learn in a week with a rookie calling the shots. Heard the 30 minute team meeting was far better than any practice Miles ever constructed.

TIA

While I'm not super excited about Ensminger calling plays, this is just not true.

The only thing we know is the team was poorly coached. The talent level will be more accurately assessed in the coming weeks.

I love how Mizzou loses a close game to Georgia and now they think they are 1995 Nebraska.

It'll be interesting to see the tight end coach calling the plays. In all likelihood, he's not as good as Cam Cameron, which makes this decision to fire Les all the more intriguing.

Going off the talent at hand, they could hang with any team in the country.

With motivation, proper preparation, and good in-game coaching, I think Coach O could win out with this team. It all depends on how the players respond.

Missouri fans don't seem too aware at what kind of weapons LSU has on the roster. I keep seeing y'all mention Dupre and Fournette but fail to mention any of the other talent which will be playing in the NFL. LSU is also stocked full of 5* defensive backs that love to play against air raid spread offenses (it's why LSU beats A&M every year) so Missouri's air raid will be put to the test.

LSU has advantages in almost every matchup on paper, it just comes down to motivation. LSU could linger around and let Missouri eek out a win or they can come out with steam shooting out their ears and blast y'all away. We don't really know yet.

I'm more inclined to think that Coach O is going to get more out of this team than Les could have ever done. Missouri is their first test and Tiger Stadium will be electrified with passion. I realistically don't see how Missouri can win this if the locker room is still intact.

That's the fun part! We don't really have anymore high expectations! Just a bunch of 4 and 5 star athletes runnin' around head hunting this Saturday! Will be a blast!

Will beating a crippled, no coach having, LSU team, make mizzou relevant?
