This is Jerry Jones firing Tom Landry on the golf course level stuff. The guy has fielded the overall second best program in America since 2005 and he's kicked to the curb midseason to thunderous applause.
Sad what Saban envy has done to that fanbase.

Have you seen the offense?
The play calling?
The apathy?

Hope they enjoy the abyss.

Love the posters of the SECR. Y'all are insane.

What a great coach and man they fired. For shame LSU.

Y'all are lucky that Miles is leaving but this is just the worst way it could have possibly gone down, particularly after last season's charade.

He promised to change the offense and he didn't. He admitted that he did not change the offense two weeks ago in a press conference. He will be ok he ought to give LSU their money back from the past two years.

I wouldn't talk of it was you. If Bama slaps you around again your administration might do the same thing

Why wait till the end of the season with it hanging over the program.

After last season, I don't see how the situation could have gotten any better. It's clear the game has passed LM by. Should have never survived last November.
We can thank Miles for the NC and the memories but it's a business and he knows that.

Kevin Sumlin has never accomplished anything, Les Miles has multiple SEC championships and national title game appearences. He won something like 75% of his conference games.
Not even remotely comparable. Everyone but LSU, OSU and Bama would kill for that program the last 12 years.
