Just saw that on SC. Thought Tiger Stadium at night was some magical place?

Their losses to teams at night have all been to teams ranked (or ended up ranked) in the top 3.

OM is #3.

Might as well not even play it.

Really? Alabama 2012 is the last one I can remember them not being favored in.

And seriously, when was the third time they were a home underdog?

2012 vs. Alabama
2009 vs. Florida

When else? 2008 Alabama was a day game.

3 seems like a sufficient sample.

So after we win in DV on Saturday they should just hand us the trophy right.

The Tigers are home underdogs to a team other than Florida or Alabama for the first time since 2000 when No. 13 Mississippi State lost to the unranked Tigers, 45-38, in overtime on ESPN2 at night.

So that means it has to be a Florida or Alabama team who was the third one.

2010 Alabama was during the day. 2008 Alabama was during the day. 2006 and 2004 Alabama weren't good.

So, it had to be 2002 Alabama, when they beat LSU 31-0.

Because 2001 is the only time other than 2009 that Florida was favored in Tiger Stadium. And the 2001 game was a day game.
