It won't happen this year, but LSU is due for a total collapse and last place division finish. I believe Orgeron is just the right man for that job by the end of his tenure.

With Auburn having a 2nd string defense that's better than half of the SEC's starters, it's a realistic possibility.

Not sure what Auburn's 2nd string being more talented than the bottom half of the SEC's starters (same could be said for offense btw) has to do with LSU and Orgeron since LSU is one of the teams that should be on equal footing talent wise.

Agreed. It'll be an interesting Iron Bowl once again. The real contender of the SEC has emerged from that game every season since 2009. That won't change this season.

As a bad as coach he was, he did make a bowl game and that's something O couldn't do. Croom was a hell of a man though.

We all know none of that mattered until LSU lost to Bama in November. The point is Arbarn usually has at least 1 loss in those years with the exception of a few times over this years and that was to LSU including the glove win in 2013 for the Barn

LSU will be at least a 9-3 team this year. And I think the Tigers beat Florida and Tennessee on the road.

I will say 8-4. You got Arkansas and A&M at home but if one of those were away, it would be 7-5.
