Since 2000 lsu has been one of the top 6-7 programs in cfb.

So that means O has an easier job than Dabo, and is better set up for success, which means he'll be the greatest coach ever!!!

That doesn't dispute that when Dabo was hired he had no experience running an offense

Dabo ran his offense during his interim tenure. Thats why he was hired. Ed orgeron wasnt running the offense or the defense. He was hired because our AD refused to do his job once the 2 most obvious candidates said no. Dabo wasnt 55 either and he wasnt being hired at one of the best programs in cfb. He was being hired at a program that hadnt won the acc in almost 20 years. Thats the difference. In the last 5 years lsu has more top 15 finishes than clemson has since 1988 before hiring dabo. Thats the difference.

No, silly. It means that because O wasn't successful at Ole Miss a decade ago, he will suck as LSU HC now.

Too busy enjoying that 7-3 winning record over the Auburn the last 10 years under a worse coach.

Auburn has 3 wins in Baton Rouge. All time.

Kind of like your statement that the worst coach in ole miss history is already a better coach than Miles.

They have more than 3. But they have 3 wins in the last 75 years

- He brought Hugh Freeze to Ole Miss because of a deal he made with him that got Michael Oher there.
- A lot of the allegations began when Coach O was at Ole Miss.

And you guys are just ok with hiring the coach who pretty much ruined Ole Miss?

Solid troll.

And so that position coach, with less years experience than O, at a lesser program, quickly had Clemson at the top. LSU hired the more experienced version of that, a guy who was even better at what he did as a recruiting specialist,

I dont know if youve realized it or not but hoping a situation ends up like the one time it succeeded is foolish. Dabo wasnt 55 and had successfully ran an offense.
And yes ed orgeron is the most unqualified hire in big 6 history except for Bama's hire when they were on sanctions. Can you imagine bama elevating their dline coach to HC right now? Can you imagine Ed Orgeron getting an interview at Vandy? The answer to both of those is hell no.

Reality is this.

Ed Orgeron has never ran a successful offense, defense or program.

Les miles has run a successful program at 2 different p5 programs.

Thats reality. Im sorry that reality doesnt fit in with your proven ignorant opinion. Your opinion that a 55 year old career dline coach is somehow better than the coach with the 7th best win % in the history of the sec. But hey, why let facts get in the way of you posting ignorant shite.

Wrong. When Saban left LSU to coach the Miami Dolphins, he decided to attend Ole Miss, and his family coerced him to go to Ole Miss. That is a fact. Other wise, he would have played for LSU and Saban.

LSU is more relevant because they won the SEC 3 years later.

Way to go. Im amazed a GUNT like you can retain the basic math that was needed for that.

Since 2010 UF has 3 unranked finishes including a losing season. Lsu has 1 season outside the top 16 and nothing close to a losing season while playing in a much tougher division.

No because there are many facts that do actually make O look pretty decent as HC but y'all won't mention not one. You have your own agenda and that's fine. I'll be here to say I told you so when the team improves.

Now I never did say he was the long term fix and that's a whole other argument, but I do think he improves the team dramatically and puts LSU in a positive light if LSU does in fact want to go a different route in the future. I think he will change the culture and make these great athletes tough while convincing them to being loyal to LSU not the NFL. I also think he will load this team up with top talent and depth across the board. I hope Alleva is smart enough to keep an eye out there while O is here though. We will win lots of games under O you watch.

Please name one. And no being an interim coach where he didnt choose the schemes, coordinators or run the defense or offense doesnt count.
