I'm indifferent on Herman. I think a lot of LSU fans feel the same way. If he begins winning recruiting battles with LSU, I'll feel differently.

It was much like a slow-motion horror flick. LSU fans were completely unaware that he had any interest in Texas, and laughed at the idea. "Preposterous." Then they disbelieved that he actually worked at Texas at one time. "Never."
There came a point where you could get the major online vibe that the LSU fanbase knew they were not going to get Tom Herman. "Who gives a damn?"
It was sad and funny at the very same time.

I think I got banned from the Tiger Droppings boards for talking bad about the guy on the "More Sports Board". What happens when you are banned? You can read boards but not post or log-in?

And for the record Tom Herman will fail miserably at Texas. He would have been better off taking the LSU job rather than holding us ransom for the Texas job. He will be out recruited by LSU, Houston, Texas A&M, TCU and Baylor. He could have had it all at LSU, recruited against no one plus not have to put up with those figs in Austin.

I did not hate on Herman....and though I am not thrilled at all with Orangutan....I am thrilled with Aranda and Canada.
