Let's say they don't take the job, which I don't think either of them do for a multitude of reasons.

They don't have one. It's Jimbo or bust. They are about to get Jimi Sexton'd. This is the time of year that Jimi makes his clients and himself a lot of money. He loves putting his clients names out there as possible candidates for job openings because their current employers open up the checkbook for raises.

I think she would move back home to Birmingham to be close to family. Plus with her son's condition she would be near UAB which apparently specializes in the treatment he needs.

I actually doubt the custody will be an issue. With that kind of money and with his schedule, he probably can't have legit custody anyway. He can see them as much divorced as he does married.
