re: LSU fans: Given what Dupre said, are you worried about recruiting WRs and QBs?

LSU has had an anemic passing game for years with the exception of a couple of years, and had no problem attracting NFL caliber receivers.

Thank you for your interest, Aggie. You folks seem heavily emotionally invested in the LSU program

Nice try but nothing will ever top the 55 (actual number) of threads created by LSU fans when we started to lose to Arkansas.

55 created in 15 minutes

Nothing will top that. Ever.

That problem has been addressed. Chavis and his "give up the lead in the final minute" scheme are gone.

hat could only exacerbate your problems going forward. LSU had the best WRs in the nation for 4 years, and yet did nothing with them. They've won nothing since 2011, and they neither threw the ball that well nor had a very good offense. Why would a WR want to go play for a team that wastes WR talent, doesn't throw the ball, and had a mediocre offense?

What has TAM won? Ever? A romp at the whore house.

Chavis would never allow 22 points to Eastern Michigan

Some facts for the Aggies on this thread:

1. LSU leads head-to-head historical matchup vs Aggie
2. LSU has a better all time record than Aggie
3. LSU has 3 more National Tiles In the last 75 years than Aggie
4. LSU has more players in the NFL than Aggie
5. LSU has more Consensus All Americans than Aggie
6. LSU has a head coach with a better winning % than Aggie
7. Combine 1 through 6 = Aggie is and always has been LSU's bitch

I can't think of any other important measurables. I get why you guys are so insecure. I just don't get why you want to share those insecurities on a message board. It comes of rather pathetic.

Only the obsession it took to count, and then memorize the actual number of threads created on that day tops obsession it took to create the actual number of threads on that day.

Congrats.

LSU had the best WRs in the nation for 4 years, and yet did nothing with them.

Randle had 900+ yards his junior season, was drafted in the 2nd round, and is still an NFL starter

Landry had ~1200 yards his junior season, was drafted in the 3rd round, and was an NFL starter from day 1

Beckham had ~1150 yards his junior season, was the #12 overall draft pick, and was the NFL OROY last year

But yes, LSU did nothing with them and was a huge detriment to their success as a football player.

because all their WRs make it to the league, even the ones who didn't play much, if any, in college

Don't forget LSU's 4th WR from 2012 & 2013 who was picked up in the 7th round and is still being paid by Cincinnati to play football.

Moral of the story, if you want to play in the NFL, go to LSU.

Les Miles runs the ball. That is his identity.

Kevin Sumlin throws the ball and attempts to mix some run in.

That is these guys identity.

I have zero sympathy for any recruit that is arrogant enough to think that either of these Coaches is gonna change their identity for them.

No, what Chavis does is way worse. He will call a man/pressure game for 3+ quarters before going prevent & preventing victory.

We subed 3 string guys in the 3rd series on D. They rotated throughout the game and we gave up some points but none in the 4th quarter.

LSU will just keep stocking the NFL with WR talent and signing more 5*s to replace them. Aggies will just continue to sob.
