We're all well aware of this. The good news is the only direction is up from here. Plus we got O and some fresh awesome recruits, this won't be an issue for long. We might not be top the SEC this season but you can expect a healthy improvement. Two years from now we'll be back on top.

Oh yea! Well at least we beat USCe in QB sacks last year! 13th out of 14 in sacks

The SEC west has had some very effective QB's in those years
I don think this is an LSU thing, I bet all teams look similar over those years.
What did 2010 &2009 look like? How does this compare to the rest if this division?
There isn't enough data there to make any assumptions about decline
