-Gave Les raise and contract extension after Jeff Long allegedly offered Les the Arkansas HC job at end of '12 season.

-Were set to fire Les in 2015 until Les beat A&M and was carried off the field. They changed their mind during the game.

-Fired Les just a couple games into the '16 season because he lost two close games away from home against two good teams.

-Put all their eggs in the Herman basket, a guy with just a couple years experience having above average results at Houston.

-Allowed Herman to string them along, then when he went with Texas they rushed into hiring O to try to save face.

there is a school in north mississippi that gave their HC a raise while under an LOIC charge.

Yup, that's exactly why he was fired.

So current. So fresh.

Seriously did you type this up 9 months ago and just forget to hit submit until now?

If he had won those games he would not have been fired.

Most coaches don't get fired for winning games.

It's still sinking in that LSU actually hired O.

I don't think you'll have any LSU fans arguing for Joe Alleva. Hes a fricking idiot and the day he hired Ed Orgeron is a day I'll never forget. It's the only day that I actually felt like I was in a dream.

The same terrible O that ran through your beloved Bielema?

I think the only thing that is sinking in is that Les isn't there anymore for Arkys sake

Meh, you're being a bit disingenuous here. We were told all off season by the staff (and Miles himself) that he was going to change and we were going to see a new offensive philosophy. We didn't. Why prolong the inevitable?

Herman is a good coach, who will do great at UT. Why would LSU not go hard after their guy?

Herman didn't string LSU along; Alleva pulled the plug when Herman wanted LSU to wait until after he had a chance to meet with UT.

I mean, c'mon dude, if you're gonna troll, at least troll with facts, not your own made up bullshite.

It should still sink in that Arkansas is a bottom feeder school in the SEC.

This is false considering we didn't even offer the guy a contract.

Orgeron is a better HC than Fat Bert. Fact.

O is 1-3 against Arkansas now. In his 3rd year at Ole Miss against Houston Nutt, he lost 44-8.

It should sink in more that an interim coach beat Arkansas by 28 on the road
