I was looking over your roster. Your quarterback has to improve, and fast but with the offseason coming up I'm sure Harris will get a pro qb coach this summer. You have some really nice playmakers on offense. They're young and need more leadership to develop but there is no reason why they shouldn't be a top 30 offense. Both lines will improve greatly with both off them littered with underclassmen. Another year in strength training will be big. I think Fornette and Dural have huge years. I think teams will be able to have some success running on you next year but at least you don't (you hope) lose beckworth. You lose an all sec player in Mills but your secondary should still be nasty. Definitely top 10 team and should be no excuses for CLM next year.

11-1 loss to Bama.????

Offense will be uber talented and hopefully will be unlocked by a very good coach.

Defense will be dire straits with Debo and Lamar gone. If Beckwith is gone then we're really screwed.

I agree. Defense should be ok but your front 7 will be light in the arse unless a couple of your guys break out next year.

They have fricking cam Cameron lol. The same guy that coached flacco and brandon harris still can't make 15 yard padses with consistency after 2 years

Short of a qb transfer lsu is still going to suck next year regardless if what else they have and that d is not going to be 2011 good

Look at the star rating of all of our offensive players.

Then realize that Jake Spavital is still the OC and remove 2 stars from every one of those ratings.

Oh, there will be, believe me.

The same scumbags in the media will encircle the situation like vultures, the same Stockholm Syndrome imbeciles are going to latch onto Miles like the idiots they are, and LSU will lose 2-3 games they shouldn't, including the Bama game next year at home.

In typical LSU fashion, expect every junior to depart early for the draft

Of course Miles is smart enough to fire a bad O/C...

There is reason - Les Miles. His style is predictable and usually not balanced. LSU was 116th in passing offense last year and will finish about 110th this year. LSU's offense has gotten worse as the season has gone on and they did the same thing last year. They haven't scored 20 points in the last 4 games.

LSU has had numerous offensive coordinators and only one time in the last eight years has LSU had a decent passing offense (Mettenberger, Odell Beckham Jr., Jarvis Landry and Jeremy Hill finished at 46th in 2013). Even in 2011 when LSU went 13-0 before losing to Bama in the NC, they finished 106th in passing. I'm not trying to bash Miles, but facts are facts.

Unless they bring in someone new to coach QBs and Miles lets a new OC have total control with the offense, the offense will look similar again next year.

You don't get to bitch about offense.

Going into the game today

Rush offense:

LSU - 9th
A&M - 58th

Pass offense:

LSU - 105th
A&M - 36th

Total offense:

LSU - 45th
A&M - 39th

Scoring offense:

LSU - 52nd
A&M - 58th

Chavis and Christensen have impacted how the Aggie offense runs. They try to run more and control clock more than ever instead of going vertical like they used to.

Every time they try to go vertical, they get picked off because the receivers don't have a fricking clue how to run routes anymore and Allen locks onto one receiver.

Spavital is the QB coach and Geno Smith, Johnny Manziel, Kenny Hill, Kyle Allen, and Kyler Murray have all gotten worse from his fecal touch.

Haha...yes, I can (along with aTm fans).

I was actually surprised how bad aTm's offense was when I was at the game tonight. All of their passes seemed like 2-yard throws. One of the few times they went deep they had a nice completion, but it seemed like there was no threat from their offense and LSU's D has not been very good. LSU's D played well tonight though.

Decent WR patterns didn't make it to Spavitard's note card.

A&M scored 3 on Ole Miss (LSU scored 17)
A&M scored 7 on LSU (everyone else scored at least 19)
A&M scored 10 on Auburn (LSU scored 45)
A&M scored 28 offensive points on South Carolina (LSU scored 45)
A&M scored 16 offensive points on Alabama (same as LSU)

Let that sink in for a moment.

same shite next year.... all comes down to QB play.... and we don't have a competent one, so what do you really expect from us...

i see 2 losses already in Florida and Bama.... very possibly could need miracles at Auburn and Arkansas....
