Looking Ahead To Annual CBS Primetime Slot

Has to be the TSIO right? We beat UGA and are 5-1 at worst it will still be the premier matchup in the SEC this season. It would be an incredible SEC and college football setting. It's clear LSU/Alabama probably won't get it. TSIO might take the place of that game as the annual Primetime matchup for years to come.

It'll be Bama/A&M. Especially after A&M beats Tenn.
Man, you can tell the Vols aren't used to being there.
Excited for Gameday being there, etc.

Actually we are kinda use to it this year. You know having gameday twice in four weeks and shite. Good chance they are back for Alabama as long as we take care of one of either UGA or A&M.

The winner of the Texas A&M/Tennessee game vs. Alabama should be the CBS primetime game but it will be probably LSU/Bama again even though that hasn't been a legitimate rivalry in like five years.

Actually American college football fans were impressed with the setting of Knoxville yesterday. 4 hour free national plug for our program.

NFL owners wish that they could bring even a fraction of the feels that were had yesterday to their franchises.
Yesterday is a example of how great CFB is.

Looking at the CBS SEC schedule it does show an afternoon and night game the week of Nov 5th. Only half way decent SEC games are Bama LSU and Florida Arkansas. If they can't change the week then unfortunately Bama LSU will be the night game.

That crap against UF was horrible.

People were holding back tears of joy and hugging strangers left and right when the rout of the Gators was on. Probably the best game I've been to at Neyland. Pure bedlam and joy.

I agree. I'm team traditional orange always. But if recruits like them, frick it wear it one game a season.

Bama aTm deserves to be on ESPN at night. CBS will drag it out for 6 hours

The primetime game date has to be picked in the pre-season. So LSU-Bama is a lock.
I guess CBS could pull what they did in 2011 and bargain for another primetime slot, but I don't know if that would be worth it.
