How is that a dump?

Not worth 4 million though.

I see what the OP is trying to do here.

Kind of a beta move imo.

Post a picture of your house and lets compare. Also there's no way that house is worth $4.75M

If it's 4.7 it must be in Kentucky.

I mean, a STAIRCASE down to the pool area? How tacky, does the house have wheels under it too? Geez

Meh. Nice place but I can't downsize to 13,000 square feet.

Why would a person build a pool without some sort of decking?

All that money and they skimp on that.

I'm guessing I'm the only one who went through the pictures. That thing is impressive, especially the gym. I kinda wish there was a pic of the rhino basketball court.

quote:

I guess once you decide to sell a nearly 13,000 square foot house it means that you’re downsizing, especially when you live in Lexington, KY. Tim Couch is dumping his insane five bedroom, nine bathroom mansion with a crazy workout room that is the type of house that was supposed to be a forever home.

It can all be yours for $4,750,000.

No joke, this is one of the most incredible athlete houses to ever pass through Busted. I have no idea how much money Tim and his wife burned decorating the place, but you should just buy it furnished. Tim got $12.25M guaranteed from the Browns in 1999 as the #1 overall in the draft. Sportrac.com has Tim’s career NFL earnings somewhere around $20M.

According to Tim’s realtor:

Fitness exercise room, wet bar, coffered ceilings, hand scraped hardwood flooring, professionally-designed interior decor, an elevator to all three floors, extensive mirroring, delightful fireplaces , lush his and her bathrooms with dual vanities, thermador towel warming drawers in the shower, outdoor kitchen with a Wolf grill, fully equipped butler’s pantry, terrace, balconies. You’ll love the Rhino Sport Court Basketball court. The combination of luxury and practicality creates a showcase for elegant living and brilliant craftsmanship.
Did you say Rhino basketball court? Let me call the bank!

OTHER HIGHLIGHTS OF TIM COUCH’S INSANE KY PAD:

• 5 huge bedrooms, 6 full and 3 half baths, 4 car garage

• Just look at that basement…your arse will never come up for air…have kegs delivered…never leave

• Kinda disappointed in the lack of sitting areas around the pool. Lose the Mediterranean feel or whatever his wife was going for

• Buyer beware: Your extended family will never leave; Don’t have Christmas here

• 6.6 miles from Whole Foods

• 6.6 miles from Applebees

Mortgage: Seriously, you can’t even pay the electric bill let alone the mortgage

I kinda like the minimal decking. Why do you need too much extra concrete going around a pool?

I don't like pools anyway, though.

Deal breaker. I'll let my realtor to drop the bid. Build this house and not have an Applebee's within two miles? No wonder he's selling. fricking idiot.

How does someone "not like pools?" That's like saying "I really don't like music anyway."
