No 2016 home game for miss st.

Was probably one of their biggest non conference games in years.

Without a doubt.

BTW, I upvoted your post for the first time in history. Congratulations.

Ok, Tulane paid us $350,000 to cancel. Has Tennessee ever had a team cancel on them? I'm sure they haven't the last 10 or so years if you know what I mean.

Not as big as the back to back road trips Ole Miss made to Tulane in 2010 and 2012 with no home game in between.

Why would we trade an opportunity of playing in New Orleans for a chance for Tulane to come to Oxford.

Fans love New Orleans and coaches love New Orleans recruiting.

Y'all have played the worst out-of-conference schedule in the SEC since 2006, without a doubt. Additionally, y'all have absolutely no room to talk about playing non-P5 opponents on the road.

I'm going to list FBS teams and underline those in P5 conferences. Additionally, I am going to italicize each time y'all played at a non-P5 opponent's stadium.

Mississippi State FBS out-of-conference opponents since 2006
2006
v. Tulane
at UAB
v. West Virginia
2007
at Tulane
v. UAB
at West Virginia
2008
at Louisiana Tech
at Georgia Tech
v. Middle Tennessee State
2009
v. Georgia Tech
v. Houston
at Middle Tennessee State
2010
v. Memphis
at Houston
v. UAB
2011
at Memphis
v. Louisiana Tech
at UAB
2012
at Troy
v. South Alabama
v. Middle Tennessee State
2013
v. Oklahoma State (Houston)
v. Troy
v. Bowling Green
2014
v. Southern Miss
v. UAB
at South Alabama

Since 2006, y'all have traveled to a non-Power Five team's home stadium to play more than y'all have played a Power Five opponent in the regular season by a count of nine to five.

You have absolutely no room to talk about scheduling.

Power 5 didn't exist until 2014. WVU was Big East when MSU played them and the Big East was one of the 6 AQ conferences under the BCS format.

Really? An Ole Miss fan talking about schedules. You frickers play Texas and you think that makes up for your shite schedules. You talk about MSU, go look at your own team's schedules over that time. 2006-Missouri and Wake
2007-Missouri
2008-Wake
2012-Texas
2013-Texas
Your team also played two FCS schools in one year(2009).
Clean up in your own back yard first before worrying with another.

There's absolutely no way you're not an alter if if you're trying to compare Mizzourahh and texas to south Alabama and UAB.

Nope. Were they Power 5 or BCS? Didn't think so.
