The excuse will be that SEC teams would not be this good if they had to play in cold weather. All of the bowl games are played in the south which gives the SEC an advantage. Seriously, I've heard this excuse by Big 10 fans over and over again.

Its Amazing how they managed to Gloss over the Big 10's dismal performance without once mentioning SEC dominance.

As for ESPN, they have resigned to being nothing more than a tabloid network that occasionally televises a good sporting event here or there ..and judging from their on-air (non) talent...they are perfectly fine with being half a step up from a cartoon or a 1982 rerun of a local circus.

I wasn't too worried about the SEC teams yesterday as I was about having to listen to Pam Ward doing the pbp of one of the games.
It turned out being a very good day all around.
