Rugby sevens is really entertaining for anyone looking for something to watch.
Really all you need to know is you can't throw it forward but you can kick it forwar and where you place the ball when you score (5 points) determines where you kick from (2 points),

I watched it and the ones who played on NBC, wish I could have seen Alabama vs Clemson since they were closer competitively.
