...not including the bowl game.
Needed to fire Les, but after game 4 ensures you have already given up on the season with 2/3rd's left to go.
Timing could have been better IMO.

Rumors swirling that it was done now out of fear that he could string together a few wins and wind up 8-4ish and potentially save his job. Should have been done last year for sure.

Need to fire him but don't need to replace him with an inexperienced coordinator who looks like Dennis The Menace.

If y'all get Herman, I will be pissed.
That was my first choice for UGA, then Kirby.
