Historic thread.
Les has been diminishing returns since 2012. His performance can be improved upon by any number of coaches.
He certainly had a great run though.

Les was given a second chance after last year and he did nothing to change what needed to be addressed and fixed. People on here saying we didn't treat him with class obviously aren't taking that into consideration. LSU gave him a second chance and he didn't perform. Love les but it's time for a change. No one knows what will happen with a new coach but it's time to give it a shot.

Auburn was given the win on a technicality, the snap not quite getting off.

The evolution of LSU into Tennessee continues.

Bill Cowher played college ball for former LSU coach Bo Rein and wants to honor him by being next LSU coach ??

What a shame... Fulmer gone, Spurrier gone, Richt gone, the SEC keeps losing its great coaches and maybe most important its great personalities.
I'm definitely gonna miss Miles. He was the last one of the old skool coaches. (Saban doesn't count in this case sine he'll be at Bama forever).

Well crap, I was sure enjoying LSU under his leadership.

By the slimmest sliver of time.
By that fraction of a second, Gus survives to coach another day, and Miles is out of a job.
Not by a good play by Auburn.

The sheer retardation of SEC Rant posters didn't disappoint in this thread.
Retard logic: keep a mediocre coach forever because you COULD do worse.
