After the fiasco at LSU in November, Miles coming back huge with this recruiting class shows how much his current and future players think of him. Does this class all but cement his future at LSU, or does he still need to win the west this year?

If LSU goes 10-2, he'll keep his job.

Unless Alabama just pummels us, but that won't happen.

I'd like to think he gets 2-3 more years regardless.

Alabama and LSU have played extremely close games the last four times in Baton Rouge.

Alabama isn't coming in there and pummeling LSU any time soon.

Well the series record is irrelevant to what I said, so.

You are worse than Gary Busey.

Needs to have a big year. If he can't win the west next year with the way things are shaping up then he prob needs to just retire.

. You have never done that to a Miles team in Tiger Stadium. All the games have been close.

Winning the SEC West is a good possibility for LSU next year.
We have the players at the skill positions to be explosive and hopefully our defense improves. This past year I don't think most fans really believed was our year.

Probably needs to finish better than 4th in the West sometime soon.

He has to make the SEC championship with this talent.

Anything less will be a disappointment.

If Bama beats us again I think Les will be gone.

That means we probably don't' make the SEC championship.

Les is coaching for his life this season.

LSU is 9-8 vs bama since 2000; 4-4 at home, 5-4 on the road.
Miles and saban have played 10 times. Seven of the 10 have come down to the final seconds.

Bama has beaten LSU 'decisively' in Death Valley 2 times in the last 20 years - 2002 and 1996.
LSU has beaten alabama 'decisively' in Tuscaloosa
2 times in the last 14 years - 2001 and 2003.

Something tells me it will be a close game.......

He just needs to win 10-11 games this season and he'll be fine.

9 wins or less has never happened under Miles with an inexperienced QB
