If Florida, for all of its flaws, had Fournette with Mac calling the game, we would seldomn lose. I can't believe the talent the guy has to work with and how he can suffer these humiliating defeats. The offense, even with the best running back around, can't do anything.

It's astounding.

Maybe that Ferrari just had a Honda Civic engine. Not saying Honda Civic engines ain't the shite. Because they are.

You accept that it takes a hell of coach to tune that thing back up?

Yes.

I fully acknowledge that LSU has to make not just the right hire but a great hire. But I'm confident that it will happen.

And whatever odds there may be or lack thereof in that happening doesn't justify a mediocre and clearly regressing coach to still have any power over a great football program lest they completely hit rock bottom and recruiting follows with it.

Well hey as I said by all means fire Miles. Just don't come in here like the rest of your brethren acting like you will automatically just plug in a great coach and start dominating. It's all on the table right now, it's a gamble, could be a dynasty or an absolute dumpster fire, and we won't really know for a few more years

It does seem like they want to make Orgeron a de facto coach-in-waiting, doesn't it?

You are either trolling, full of shite, or thinking wishfully

This is the reaction I expected SEC West fans to have, scared of the sleeping Giant, since Miles last good team in 2011 and Saban's departure. Well
hopefully with the right guy at LSU we will be
performing at our highest expectations as we have more NFL players in the NFL than ANYONE, including Bama. As you know football highs and lows are in cycles. It won't always be BAMA at the top every year, as Saban won't be there much longer any way. Ohio State & Michigan are on the rise too, so surely LSU can take it's new place in SEC West again as a power player.

I think deep down they know the new girlfriend won't win 77% of her games like the old girlfriend used to do.

think we learned a lot tonight about how LSU sees themselves. They're not just proud of being the 11th greatest program of all time or whatever. They actually think they are supposed to be the bar none greatest, dominating all competition throughout all history and that just bad luck and Les Miles have held them back from their true rightful place. Now they think making this change is finally going to unleash the real LSU that should've been there forever. They really believe that. I finally get it. This explains their constant insane frustration and negativity through the years and why they expect everyone to be scared

Also full of shite and possibly triggered as well

We will.

frick mediocrity and underachievement when this program is so much more capable of great things and has the talent and resources to do that.

We're just more excited about taking away the freebie win you've been getting with Les for years now.

They've been mostly pretty tough games. Maybe they'll get tougher. Maybe they'll get easier

NO - Sorry to disappoint all you GUMPS especially but we are not a maybe much longer, we are a definite contender with a new coach. LSU is going to make a good hire. And no we don't want Dabo ya'll can have him if he even wants to go back to T Town.

You can't reason with this kind of delusion.

Have you never seen a coaching change before?

This is where we're definitely in an agreement. I think they may have acted too fast, but I think they can get a decent hire.

There is also a great chance they're gonna Muschamp this.

I don't know where we've been in disagreement. I've yet to argue firing Miles. I'm arguing the blind absolute confidence is replacing him with someone far superior
