Serious question. Early in the season LF took a ton of criticism on the rant for looking anything but all world. I think over the last few games he's begun to assert himself and is running the ball with authority and power.
Have any of his critics changed their minds about LF and his future at LSU?

21 carries for 79 yards?

Chubb woulda hung 200 yards on Bama

I was impressed with him, but not blown away. He rushed 21 times for 79 yards (3.8 ypc). He definitely has a lot of potential, but he also definitely didn't look anything like Adrian Peterson.

He will be good, but its still laughable to consider him an Adrian Peterson-esque player.

Everyone knew he was going to be good. But he was pushed as the chosen one in offseason so it was fun to dog him when he started off slow

Honestly the kid was better than the stats showed. Bama has a beastly run defense. Should of ran him in ot.

He's a true freshman, he's gonna be really good. Wish we could've gotten him.
With that said, I enjoyed Foster laying him out on that last KO.

He's a load. He's the toughest RB that Bama has faced this Season.
A tip of my hat to him.

No. He's a good back, but he's not BJ, HW, Gurley or the like. He'll be serviceable and will probably get drafted 3-6 round and play 3-4 years.
All the above is a typical, good starter for an SEC RB. Someone probably needs to advise him to get his degree because BUGA Nation will have their hand out when he leaves to play money ball.

I honestly think he got his bell rung pretty hard. After one of those brutal hits, it looked like he was kinda lost for a few seconds.
I love the way he runs downhill though.

Not really. He'll be good but not all world like y'all pegged him before the season.

He should get his chance assuming mizzou doesn't get in over you.

and it would only take him 59 carries to do it.

personally, i thought lf ran hard and delivered some blows himself. barring sophomore slump he will be a load.

that's your retort? Chubb is averaging almost 2 more ypc than the savior.

How many would Chubb have on the Georgia defense?

He's a true freshman. It almost impossible to tell unless you are named Hershel or Bo which nobody is. I would say he has some serious upside but he's not "featured" yet. We'll see when or if he's a 35 carry back. I'd like his numbers probably. He's just a little tentative but that will change with experience.
