LSU and UGA have 2 of the top 5 RB's in the country statistically. In reality they are the top 2 RB's. As of yesterday Fournette have more rushing attempts than Chubb despite playing in only 3 games to Chubb's 4.

Fournette 73 attempts in 3 games
Chubb 71 attempts in 4 games

Sony Michel for UGA has 32 carries averaging 7 years a carry with 8 receptions for 148 yards. LSU haven't shown to have a game changer that Michel is as a proven Backup. Plus UGA also have Keith Marshall who is looking like the Keith Marshall from Gurshall. LSU have one cupcake remaining before they play a decent defense in USCe and the remain schedule which features teams with some hard hitters. If no one steps up and take some of that pressure off Fournette will LSU be able to make it to Atlanta. Better Question is will Fournette be able to carry the team for an entire season. Don't put this on me but Sports analysis have dubbed LSU as a one man team.

So explain how LF is still averaging more YPC? Chubb should be dominating in that category, yet he actually trails

Yeah, LSU doesn't play defense.

LSU's OL and other backs suck as well.

Yea maybe. Is that your "does a bear shite in the woods?" type of response to my question? If so, point taken, and welcome to America.

The fear is strong in this post. And stop reading box scores and making assumptions. There are some young guys behind fournette at RB who will have opportunities

This is not about who is going to win the Heisman. Its about who is going to be able to carry their team the entire season.

I think OP is trying to say UGA has better backfield, even if LF is a little bit better than Chubb.

But hard to tell, OP is poor communicator.

Last year Fournette had less touches but you and your fan base DGAF. Now you are using the same stats you ridiculed LSU Fans for using? the irony on your part is evident.

Also, how is it that with only two more carries, LF7 has 30% more TD's than NC27? Seems easy to see that Fournette is more productive in terms of explosive/scoring plays compared to Nick Chubb.

By all means, keep using arguments that your fan base derided ours for trying to reference last year. It's quite humorous.

Leonard Fournette leads the nation in yards per game (210.33), also third in total rushing yards (631) despite LSU playing one less game.

Well yeah but you have a good passing game that keeps defenses honest. Everyone knows Fournette is going to get the rock (stacked boxes).

This being the first one, let's see how many Fournette/Chubb threads can be started this week.

I put the over/under at 50.
