No. 16- (c) is perhaps the most “headline - worthy” claim that [Student-Athlete 39] raised during this investigation – and it is the allegation that is the most refuted or undermined by objective evidence. parking lot soon after he was let out of school and, contrary to his prior description of their interaction, [Booster 14] handed him a bag full of money.

These internal inconsistencies involving who initiated the contact and the form in which the money was paid cast doubt on [Student-Athlete 39’s]
story. That story is undermined by changes to his basic description of events. Although [Student-Athlete 39] initially denied having communicated with [Booster 14] at any time following the payment, he later changed his story when the enforcement staff showed him a text message from [Booster 14] to Farrar (not a text to or from [Student-Athlete 39]) dated February 3, 2015, at approximately 4:00 p.m. When presented with the text by the staff, [Student-Athlete 39] claimed to have received the same text message
about “an hour or two”
after meeting with [Booster 14] and receiving the $10,000.

Basically he had no idea when the meeting took place. The times don't add up. The booster has email sent from his work computer that are time stamped and adding the distant there is no way they could have happened in the way that Lewis is stating.

Not to mention he has 2 completely different stories.

BTW it also mentions he admitted to getting 10K from another school...

It also states that OM did not find out about the immunity interviews until after the 3rd interview with LL had happened. OM requested to be in the 4th interview and was denied. This is against NCAA policy that the member institution gets to be in the interview and cross question.
