Laremy Tunsil's stepfather, Lindsey Miller, released a number of allegations against the school.
The NCAA released their own set a month ago, but Miller's version is slightly different, alleging the school offered financial assistance to Tunsil's mother and two other family members, helping them move from Florida to Oxford, Mississippi. Miller offered emails and text messages in an effort to back up his case. As you remember, Miller and Tunsil had a pre-draft altercation, resulting in a severed relationship. Miller now seems to be the aggressor in wanting to punish Ole Miss for helping his step son during his tenure at the school

It is my belief that Tunsil struck a deal w the NCAA which allowed him to finish the season and take part in the draft, thereby retaining his value.
A member of the SEC would normally be shielded from the full brunt of consequences, but Ole Miss has beaten Alabama twice in a row, so I find it interesting to see what Birmingham does here.

He has been telling everyone that would listen, including the NCAA, for 12 months now. If he knew where the skeletons were then they would have been in the NOA.

You realize this is the same guy who has a record of insurance fraud and domestic abuse. This guy has no value as a credible source. Bama and State fans can hope though.

I believe the credibility of the accuser is no longer in question. There are indisputable facts. It's just a matter of what the SEC decides to allow the NCAA to do about it.

In the article that came out yesterday it includes a quote from Tunsil's mother saying that they weren't helped financially moving to Oxford, unlike what Miller said. Dude is a POS and has zero credibility.

I can't wait. Gonna be redemption for the NCAA. They gotta come down on Ole piss, otherwise they might as well shutdown.
