No flame here, the guy is a great offensive coach.
I just saw on the Finebaum show that Kiffins family does not live in bama with him ?
Is that true ?
That has to be really hard on him for sure.
And why is it that when you Google him, a topic about him and Saban daughter pops up ?
Like I said he is a great OC and he should get another HC chance one day.

I think the original thought/hope of the Kiffins was that he would be at Bama for two years and then get a Head Coaching job and that the family would move at that time (instead of moving to T-town for 2 years and then uprooting family again to go elsewhere). Now looks like he might stay as OC one more year.
If he has a year next year anywhere near the last two years, then he'll get a good HC job...and then he can compete with Dabo for who gets the Bama job when Saban steps down in a few years.

Good point. Without his family around his time is freed up to really help the football program. I wonder which recruits are a direct result from his recruiting? I know Nick loves him and Bama fans love him. I could see him coaching at Bama one day.

I do believe this is true. Without knowing the situation, I imagine it might have to do with the Kiffins not wishing to uproot the kids from their current schools.
