It is comical that bammers say Lance is known to bend the rules when they want Tosh Lopoi to replace him. A guy who has already been investigated by the NCAA at Washington, a guy who was long rumored to be paying players at Cal, and a guy Alabama fans even accused of cheating when he stole Kennan Allen away from them a few years ago
