Looks like there is a push among some Illini fans to lure Kiffin away from Bama to be their next coach.

Doubtful. He always seems to improve his job after getting fired

I see Kiffin at aTm or Miami. He won't take a JV job. He's a big time coach.

Arkansas can have him - although he will never get hired at Louisville - Petrino hates competition.

That would be interesting. How could Kiffin crater a program that's already a steaming pile of dumpster fire?

It would take creativity, but if anyone can do it, Kiffin can.

Kiffin as HC at Miami would be dangerous... Bring back the 80s the U type teams... paying them, cocaine and hookers, NCs, it would be awesome for about 4 years till the get caught and finally get the death penalty.

I doubt very much we take Kiffin. After Petrino and the rocky start to the Bielema era the next HC we hire will be the least controversial hire we can make.

Which is not Kiffin. Bielema himself, with the track record he had coming in, was not a really controversial hire until you got into the details.

Should Bear Bryant raise from the dead then you have the ideal Arkansas HC candidate. Hopefully Bert does well, but if we replace him look for someone about as controversial as Santa Claus.

I really don't think you guys would consider it on your worst day - i just wanted to work a Petrino/competition comment in there.
