Being an LSU fan the last 4 years is equivalent to living in an Onion article, so congratulations to Kiffin on becoming Houston's next head coach!

It is true. Kiffin is gone after Saturday. Saban told their agent to get him out. SARK is the new OC. Kiffin will not even be around for the playoff.

If true, why wait until Saturday? That makes no sense. But then again it is the Rant.

Believe what you want. Kiffin's last game for Alabama is Saturday's game. Saban's choice. Not Kiffin's.

Detillier is reportedly a friend of new Tigers coach Ed Orgeron, who has been known to covet Kiffin for his offensive prowess and play-calling abilities. Orgeron and Kiffin are close friends and have worked together at multiple spots including USC and Tennessee.

Detillier a friend and just one of many media shills for Orgeron for the past few months.

I hope Bama doesn't get him. I think he is overrated

I know. Multiple sources have confirmed.

This isn't really some big surprise like people are making it out to be. It was pretty much a sure thing that Kiffin was a 2-3 year thing at Bama and this is the time of year coaching carousel season is in full swing. Kiffin's been great for Alabama and Saban. Will probably leave with 3 SECC and 2 NCs* in 3 years.

*I'd give him fair credit for the NC this year even if he wasn't on staff for the playoffs.

No doubt Saban is prepared to fill the void immediately if and when it comes.
