This won't come out for years, if it ever does. Something bad had to happen, not even Saban fires his OC a week before the championship.

Best thing he could possibly say: "I am so grateful to have been able to coach at Alabama, and to Nick Saban for giving me the opportunity. I am proud of what we accomplished over the last three years and I will be cheering for my boys to take home another national championship."

Every word he says beyond that is a mistake and just a potential for disaster. If he is truly ready to be a head coach again, he knows this.

Basically said him and Saban met, worked on preparation. That he thought he could juggle the two jobs better and he didn't.
