For all you people talking about Kiffin leaving for a head coach job is out of your mind, the guy is making head coach money right now he's not in a rush to be a head coach, he'll be Alabama head coach in a few years Saban is 64 years old comon the guy is not coaching into his 70's, 67/68 is about it for Saban so why leave this well oiled system to go take the chance of struggling again when you have been fired from majority of your other jobs...Sark is there right now for Saban to help give him any advantage to win his last ship and if hes still around by the time Kiffin takes over then he'll be the new OC.

If Alabamahas learned anything during the last 20 years is that you don't screw around with the hiring of the football coach. You go find THE best coach and MAKE him turn you down. You don't hire from within or strictly based on school ties.

Well i agree kiffen can afford to be picky. His stock won't go down as long as he's with Saben. Kirby waited for his dream job and got it. Lane can afford to wait for the right opportunity.

Gotdamn, if you're going to go to all the trouble to type up that horse manure at least spell the man's name correctly.

Kiffin. IN not EN. Gumpus Christ.

Nice edit. It's always bad to misspell a word when you are making fun of someone's spelling.

Y'all are crazy if you think Kiffin would not take the LSU job if offered.

Whoever gets the Alabama job after Saban retires will be under the most pressure of any coach ever. 10 or 11 wins is a down season for Alabama. Lane will jump if a good enough opportunity comes along.

He gone. Sark is hired well before so to make sure he stays off the sauce. Kiffin is the newest graduate of the "Saban Reconditioning School of Coaching".

I hope he is our next head coach. Dude is the best young coach in college football today and people are saying different. LSU fans are saying they don't want him. I'm glad they don't want him because I want him to stay and be our head coach one day. Dude is a winner!

Calling BS on this one, Kiffin is going to be the coach at LSU starting next year... He will have LSU on the cusp of greatness again by year three, then Saban retires, BAMA gives Kiffin a call and he is back at BAMA... LSU fans melt and disband their entire program....

I don't see Saban or Kiffin changing anything any time soon, but I'm very confident Kiffin will never be the head coach at Bama barring some major health problem for Saban during the season.

Kiffin staying shouldn't excite you. He has been nothing but a shitty head coach EVERYWHERE. Have you not noticed that both UT and USC have struggled since he left and was fired.
