Norwood was fine because he had another good night against the Tigers. His four catches led the way for Alabama.

"I'm pretty sure they're gonna love seeing me go," Norwood said. "But yeah I'm gonna definitely miss them. The competition, just being out there with those guys and playing physical football. That's what football's all about. But it's finally over."

Kevin Norwood vs. LSU

2011: 4* catches, 78 yards (2012 BCS title game)

2012: 5* catches, 62 yards

2013: 4 catches, 38 yards

* Career highs at the time

I don't think he'll have to worry about that.

Yeah I'm sure KN catching all of two passes for zero tds ( against TM) has TM scared to death.

I know Kev personally. I'm going to tell him when he comes back down for Mardi Gras that I'm glad I don't have to deal with him anymore. He went to my high school's rival so I was against him there, and then he moved on to LSU.

Very happy to see him leave.

Those 38 yards cost us the game. Lol at that dude.

I'm actually surprised Alabama doesn't have someone better than him.

If he only gives up 4 passes again, I'm sure he won't mind.

Weird how Bama players don't think in terms of stats, but only in terms of wins and losses. What a strange coincidence that Bama players also consistently beat LSU players. Hmm...

I don't get it.

Are you saying LSU players don't do that?

Amazing, isn't it?

And that's why Bama might be winning national championships instead of sucking hind teat in college football.

Now, Rick. You know as well as I do that we can't apply normal standards of "owning" to the Alabama-LSU series. Especially when the combined scores of a high percentage of our games are less than 50.
