normally I'd make the argument about raw cumulative stats on D not always being that great an indicator, (ie if your offense sucks hard enough, your D will get WAY TOO MANY chances), but in this case, w/ the " No. 3 in scoring defense" factored in, I have to agree, this is a dam disgrace.
Brothers should be on that list and it's really not even close.

Kind of odd that they have two LB's from LSU and they list one as being from "LSU" and then 4 players down they list our other player as being from "Louisiana State University" The award is Ragland's to lose IMO

I don't follow Mizz, but every single time I do see a Mizz game this guy's named is called repeatedly the entire game. He is making like every play on defense.

A lot of these awards are more about team than anything else. You win you get rewards, you lose you don't.

Sure, but he's also playing on a great defense. It's not their fault the offense is garbage.
That being said, you are right but that only goes to show the lack of legitimacy with these types of awards.
