I can't believe the cop arrested her with a straight face. Wait, this is UGAPD, they probably had her face down on the table, a SWAT team on standby outside, and the State Patrol had a helicopter hovering above the cafeteria.

My daughter has a PT college job at the Tate Center Cafeteria at UGA. She said this is a COMMON occurence. The cafeteria wont let students take food out of the cafeteria because the place is all you can eat depending on meal plan. Some students would come in and load their entire coat and pockets up and take stuff prior to the rule change, so now kids try to sneek stuff out, but stealing hashbrowns in your pants is a little funky. Guaranteed the roomies aint stealing those "hashbrowns" that make it back to the dorm.

i think it's ridiculous that UGAPD has nothing else to deal with considering where we live where i see crimes basically once a damn day. but still this story is hilarious
