start slobbing all over McCaffrey's dick? this all started out of nowhere. It's like all of a sudden people are rooting for this guy they've never seen play and are huge fans.
I'm just observing from a distance and it's interesting to me. Almost like if I were to go to a zoo and I watch the chimps eating and throwing their own shite around.

It's all because Henry plays for Alabama.

I've been knighting for McCaffrey since week 5.
Check my post history. I've been all over the dude all year.
Ironically, back then it was always Fournette loving rantards that gave me shite about it.

Alabama fans don't look beyond their border.

That's fair. However, a lot of people are new dick riders of him and have never seen him play.

You've never seen any of us before, yet for some reason you think you know what everyone has and
hasn't seen.
hasn't seen.

A large portion of SEC fans don't watch west coast teams due to the disparity of time zone differences. A lot of people don't have time to watch tons of college football, period.
I'm not stating this as fact, but part of me "believes" that people may indeed be grasping at his jock as some sort of moral victory to make up for their own team's short comings.

Nah man everyone was giant McCaffrey fans before the season even started. Didn't you hear?
He's been the Heisman front runner all year.

Seriously dude. You could watch the narrative forming in real time on the Score Board that day. It was amazing.

If Leonard Fournette had played well in the Alabama game and ended up with Henry's stats, would this McCaffrey hype be like it is right now around these parts?
Hmmmmmmm.
Hmmmmmmm.

Combination of the following:
(1) People recognized that he wasn't getting the credit he deserved, which was likely a product of a lack of name recognition coming into the season, the fact that he is a non-QB at Stanford, and time zone differences;
(2) People are jealous of and/or hate Bama; and
(3) He did a meaningful and measurable thing never before done in college football, i.e. set single season total yardage record.

Be honest. If Henry was playing for any team besides Alabama, McCaffrey would be a shoo-in.

The minute Henry surpassed Leonard 1.6 in the Heisman race, McCaffery was suddenly their favorite. Funny how their narrative about the "weak Pac 12" changed as soon as Fournette was out of the race.
