Might the effeverscent HogFan FINALLY be on to something? Let's look at 7 facts to support his theory...
1) Arkanasas bowl record before they joined the SEC was 9-15-3..a win% of 38.8%
2) It has gone down since they joined the SEC to a not very good 3-8 or 27% win %.
3) Add to that.. they have never been the SEC Conference Champ.
4) They have never had less than a 3 loss season since before they joined the SEC.
5) They have not been ranked in the top 10 since 1982
6) They 3 of the past 5 National Champions in their Division
7) They have the last 5 National Champions in their conferance.
Observational Summary:
The Good News is that Arkanasas is due!!!!
The Bad News is that so is Vanderbilt,

All of those things are true, but none either support or refute his theory. All are simply past observations of previous teams written with broken grammar and bad spelling.
Based on observations like yours, Auburn is the most likely national champion...after all, they just did it last year. Not many people lining up to place bets on them to be the champion this year though, are there?
In truth, I don't AGREE with his predictions. I think either Bama or LSU represents the west and goes on to the Sugar Bowl (not MNC this year), but I think we DO have a good shot to get an at-large bid at a BCS bowl.
I think Bama beats us (our offensive line won't have gelled by then), we beat LSU (will be gelled fine by then), and LSU beats Bama (Bama's offense might be anemic enough that LSU shuts it down and we get a 14-10 type game). The three may actually stay unbeaten otherwise...but I think there will be two teams with unbeaten records in the MNC.
On the other hand, I don't know how much of the national media will go along with leaving out a one loss SEC team.

I just don't see any teams without flaws or concerns in the preseason. I think there will be two one loss teams in the BCS NC game (one being the SEC champ) unless the voters get cute and put a Non AQ school in

I don't think the SEC will be playing in the MNC game this year. I think Arky will be in the Sugar Bowl, Bama in the Cotton, LSU in the Cap1,

New Years eve bowl or better for a down year is fine. 2012, we will be back in the BCS anyways.

LSU has played Ohio State 3 times since 1986 and won once.
