I have no idea why they didn't just hire Dave Aranda. He could end up being the next Gary Patterson or Mark Dantonio.

If he gets an outstanding OC and keeps Aranda and lets them coach then this might be a great hire. Hopefully he will do what Les couldn't and stay out of the offense
