Is there any other "evidence" of Chavis having been employed by aTm other than the him wearing an Aggie polo in a kids living room?

Did he draw a paycheck during January?

Looks like you don't have any evidence either?

I would bet if I went back in your post history, you would be one of the retards saying there is no "tangible evidence" that John Football got money in exchange for signing footballs like that is some sort of relevant legal standard. You don't understand what evidence is, why would anyone present it to you.

I've worn a A&M polo in a living room before. Maybe I am employed by A&M too.

The fight is going to be more about representation and contract termination dates.

You can read the petition. It is a public document. You can see everything that was alleged therein.

With a football recruit in their home? Maybe you were. More than likely if you satisfied that criteria you would have been a "booster."

ETA: I think the problematic part of this for Chavis is that he was either an employee or he likely committed a major recruiting violation. I'll be interested to see how it plays out. I'm not sure he will be able to thread the needle on those two positions very easily.

(I'm sure that means A&M will pay the buyout amount).

Yeah, I just want to see A&M pay LSU the $400k they say LSU owes them from 1995.

I remember all through the 90s aggies crying about how they would never ever consider playing LSU ever again due to money they thought LSU owed them.

And now here they are on LSU's permanent schedule, and paying the money would be icing.

Gotcha....thanks for the clarification. I'm not familiar with the circumstances of the case.

You might want to go check with a Texas conflict of laws attorney. Just kidding.

I hope this is the logic being used by Chavis' counsel.

You are right. I think he did. And he did it as LSU's DC. The NCAA should throw the book at LSU. Dock 8 to 10 schollies a year for 4 years.

It would hit the school he was representing at the time.

I think we've discovered why A&M's law school is ranked so low.
