A smoking gun is a pay stub from A&M with Chavis's name on it dated in January. Anything short of that is why the courts are involved.
I can't WAIT until LSU is forced to settle for less because a judge is going to take one look at those pictures and laugh them out the courtroom. That is not evidence he is an employee in any legal definition.
Maybe practically what did violated the buyout, and practically what he did was a NCAA violation. The reality will be a settlement and absolutely no action from the NCAA.
Why?
Because this isn't being settled on the Rant. Hell its not even being settled in front of some king that would care about the practical reality. This is decided in a court with very hard and strange rules. It's the perfect stage for an Aggie victory.
