Jonathan Allen: Kentucky was the best offensive line Alabama played all year

Allen actually set a career-high with 8 tackles, including 6 solo stops, while adding a sack.
“Just the determination and the want to. They meant business when they came,” Allen said. “I feel like we kind of overlooked them a little bit at first. It was a wake-up call upfront that said ‘hey, you got to bring it. These guys are playing. It’s SEC ball now.'”

The thing that sticks out to me is that he had a record game as a defender.

They were really putting it together at the end of the season. With a bit of defensive luck, the Cats will destroy the Jackets in the Techslayer Bowl.
