I agree- but I think he does have some type of proof or there would really be no need for him to be doing this. And so does the NCAA. Thats why Bond is trying to force their hand on it to get it out in the open.

I'm assuming anything Bond has to offer has already been presented to the NCAA, and therefore this won't change anything.
