Yes... we've literally never accomplished anything in our history besides being at the bottom of college football virtually every single year.
Actually, we're a top 10-15 program all time, and Jim Rome is a fricking retard who thinks college football started in 2010.

I hate the Vols as much as anybody else but comparing them to the Cleveland Browns is going a little too far. At least they have won a championship in the last 50 years. I would say a team like the Oakland Raiders would be a much better comparison.
