JFF billboard in Birmingham?

I heard today on a sports radio show stating that, in addition to the Times Square JFF billboard, a billboard is also up over an interstate here.
Why? Any truth?
I searched (on this site, not the interstates) and I didn't see it. so, sue me if it already has been posted. :lol

Our marketing department has a deal with the advertising company where our billboards are all over the country. There is one in Collin Klein's hometown and the KSU fans are not very happy about it.

A&M signed a deal with Lamar (or some company) to have it posted nation wide on digital billboards.
There was a thread on a K-state message board claiming we were rubbing it in their faces by putting one up in a Suburb of Kansas City where Collin Klein's wife is from.
I am sure there are ones in Indiana and Hawaii too.
So it's nothing personal.

Yes, posted this in a thread this morning. There is an electronic billboard on Lakeland Drive in Flowood, MS with this on it.
They evidently put one up in South Bend too.

It is up on interstate 459 right before the McCalla exit in Birmingham headed towards Tuscaloosa. Saw it yesterday and was like WTF haha.
