Just think, he's obviously made the worst possible hire of all time (yes, JLS might actually be worse than Curly Hallman.) He's clearly got a free pass for this hire because of the situation, now just think, literally ANYONE he hires within reason is going to look like Bill Belichick compared to this Chinese fire drill of a football program they have now.

Bonus Question: Has there ever been more of precipitous fall from CFB national prominence (or at least the expectations there of) that wasn't preempted by NCAA sanctions?

Subsequent to LSU's entire starting defense getting impaled by a rabid unicorn, I assume?

He was going to be fired all along.

10 month contract?

Do I need to have it written larger?

This is the Footbaw contract equivalent of 'I can't go out I'm washing my hair'.

Of course he was, but I still don't think most people were expecting it to be THIS bad. I certainly wasn't.

I agree with the Ole Miss a couple of years ago, with their Top 5 expectations, however they still made a Cotton Bowl that year didn't they? Michigan, lol pick a year...also now that I think about it, pick an Virginia Tech team I suppose. But, that said, I still don't think those were as STEEP as this fall.

I highly doubt this.

In the 2011 season LSU played in the National Championship game and won an SEC Championship. What has Arky done?

Get your piss hot now Boyyyyyy!

JLS is the worst hiring decision that I have ever seen in college football. I have said since the Petrino firing that Long should be fired and if he was a CEO of a successful company he would have already been fired.

P.S Rutgers says hello!

Bama 2000 worse than that.

Started season ranked #3, lost 3 of first 4 games of the season and ended up 3-8.
