Squat, Bench, and Deadlift

This is impressive. Much more impressive than some of the other claims floating around here. Not getting any assistance from spotters or anything. He made that squat and deadlift look easy.

He's gonna be a stud for Alabama by the time he leaves. He's a coach's son who just seems to have "It."

Thanks for posting this.

Jordan Jefferson regularly killed it in the weight room. Doesn't mean much for QBs.

Jordan Jefferson played for LSU and Crowton. Hurts is a coaches a kid and plays for Bama and Kiffin.

Very impressive. I hate that his lifts will go down from not being in the A&M strength and conditioning program

Supposedly squats and deadlifts over 500lbs but can't bench close to 300lbs.

Also, his legs are too far apart on both the deadlift and squat, it wouldn't count as an official lift. I'm pretty sure my grandmother could put up those numbers if she widened her stance as much him.

That's called a sumo deadlift and is perfectly legal. His squat is also perfectly legal. You apparently don't know shite about lifting.

Does Bama have a track record of moving QBs to other positions like OSU to slot or even safety if they are lower on the depth chart? That kind of strength could translate to a lot of positions.

Who's number 7 on defense at the end of the video. He wasn't having any of that celebration

Sumo deadlift of 565lbs roughly translates to about a 200lb. normal deadlit.

His squat form is atrocious but it is a bit better than Derrick Henry's "squat". Neither would count in a real official powerlifting meet.

I'm sure these lifts are going to translate really well to handing off the ball.
