I'm ecstatic that Jalen Hurts is going to be the starter for Bama, but I know some fans are iffy about it. I would like to get yalls thoughts.

Starting a true freshman is always sketchy. That said, Kiffin has shown he knows how to adjust his scheme to fit his QB's skillset and put them in a position to be successful.

Not mentally prepared for there to be a Jalen Hurts and a Jalen Hurd, but so be it. Excited and intrigued to see this kid based on all the buzz.

Jalen comes in halfway through the first and is so good we don't need to take him out. He performs well but hits his stride after the Ole Miss game and our offense gels in a way it never has before. He'll make some dumb freshman mistakes, but he will make enough out of this world plays to make up for it. Final season stats will be something like: 2,345 pass yards 24 TD's and 10 picks/ 500 rushing yards 8 touchdowns. At least I hope, that's literally a wish.

No. We'll just add some read option to make our running attack even more deadly. "Gimmick" is more like the quick-huddle near the line crap you guys do.
