Saban hasn't had to work for a boss for ten years. Now he's gonna go work for Irsay?

I don't even know why anyone in the NFL would want him. According to the SECRant his teams only win because stacks them with blue chip talent that he gets with Chargers, suits and fishing trips. He's awfully mean to assistants so no of them would stick around long enough to build anything and he's short. He's even recently been accused of having a God complex because of his desire to keep giving washed up coaches 2nd chances.

I just don't see why NFL teams would want all that baggage.

He won 4 Rings. FOUR RINGS with Bama. How could they not cheer for the man?

Per ESPN this morning the Colts are retaining Pagano. This article was proven stupid quickly.

I don't know if "cheer" is the right word. I'd hope he does well, but I'm not going to watch his games.
