Those were Mike Leach's words describing the game atmosphere last night. With Spurrier and Miles no longer coaching in the conference, the SEC really needs Mike Leach for the entertaining comments if not for his coaching ability.

And he said it with a straight face. One of the funniest things I've ever seen as a part of sports.

Would love to have Coach Leach be our coach. However, he was screwed over by the State of Texas financially and would ever come back to the state.

The Texas Tech BOR stole millions from him and state law prohibits him from collecting.

What an embarrassment. He earned that money legitimately.

Don't think this is over yet. Michael Berry was talking about it on the radio this week. He said Texas Tech is claiming Leach can't sue them for breach because they are a state institution and you can't sue the state. Something to that effect. Leach may still get his money. Berry was slamming Tech for this.

No, Leach is a goddamn nut case. He would be funny if he were trying to be funny. The garbage that spews from his pie hole is the gospel in his mind. Guy’s got more than one screw loose.

Can you imagine the one-liners Leach would have about the Alabama Head Coach?

Auburn should have hired him when they had a chance. The man can coach.
Can you imagine him instead of the GusBus? Would have been scary for us.

It's over. Leach might have a petition pending at the Texas Supreme Court, but they aren't going to reverse the Amarillo court of appeals decision on this.

Leach would have lost even if sovereign immunity hadn't barred his suit. Telling your boss to go frick himself (literally said that to Kent Hance) is cause for termination.

Mike Leach would cause a ruckus at South Carolina. I really think he would be a perfect fit and teams would hate playing them.

He says everything with a straight face. I really don't think he laughs. You should hear his story about sitting out back at his pool doing a phone interview with ESPN and getting interrupted by a fedex delivery guy, and not realizing he was totally naked until after he had signed for the package and the driver had departed.
