Is Vaught-Hemingway Open To Walk Around?

I'm taking a trip today and visiting Ole Miss is a small detour I could take. Never been and would like to visit other SEC campuses. Is Vaught-Hemingway a stadium that has an open door policy? I know some stadiums they keep the doors open (unlike LSU).
